The location really stood out, close to the airport shuttle and public transport. Staff stored our luggage for free when we arrived early, which was a nice touch. However, the bathroom shower didn’t work correctly, making it tricky to wash without flooding the floor. Also, the air conditioning was outdated and a bit noisy. Only having one key to leave at reception felt inconvenient, especially when coordinating outings with someone else.

We loved exploring the port of Naples—it was packed with fun activities for our little ones. The kids enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The large family room was comfy and made our stay enjoyable.

My wife says that the staff interactions weren't very friendly. It would be great if they had more kid-friendly options available.

Staying with friends was awesome! We checked out the vibrant Port of Naples and also the Molo Beverello Port. The staff was super accommodating, and the location couldn't be better for exploring the area. Plus, everything was within walking distance, making it easy to see the sights.
